- Financial Data: when making a purchase, which may include billing addresses;

- Information contained in correspondence: We will collect any information contained in any correspondence between us. For example, if you contact us by email or telephone, we may keep a record of that correspondence;

Collection and Retention of Personal Data in Recorded Coaching Sessions
At times we may ask for your permission to record our coaching session, if granted, we will collect and retain certain personal data contained within the recording. This personal data may include, but is not limited to, your voice, image, and any information disclosed during the session. The primary purpose of collecting this data is to provide you with a recording of the session.
We will retain the recorded coaching session and the personal data contained therein for a period of three (3) months from the date of submission. After this retention period, the recording will be securely deleted from our systems.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. During the retention period, your recorded session will be stored securely and will only be accessible by Frances Gertler at Mojo Hunters.

- where you sign up for a discovery or coaching session;

- Accredited Coaching Schools: For the purposes of development and accreditation. Explicit consent will be sought in writing before sharing with any Accredited Coaching School.
