Refers to Frances Gertler Limited, a business registered in the UK, Company Number 07675311 trading as ‘Mojo Hunters’.
‘Client’, ‘You’, ‘Your’
Refers to any individual or business accessing our services, whether by booking a session, purchasing a package, or browsing our website.
‘Services’
Refers to coaching services, workshops, courses, and any associated resources provided by us.
‘Website
Refers to www.mojohunters.co.uk.
‘Agreement
Refers to these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.
‘Confidential Information’
Refers to any information shared between the parties during the coaching sessions, whether written, verbal, or digital, that is not publicly available.
‘Confirmation Letter”
Written confirmation detailing the specifics of a coaching agreement and the total costs.
“Discovery Session’
A 20-minute free consultation session to understand your goals and how I can serve you.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website or services.
3. Services
3.1. Nature of Services
Our coaching practice provides professional coaching services for personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or any medical or psychological intervention. We do not provide any professional advice, we provide guidance on your personal and professional development through the use of tools and exercises.
3.2 Service Standards
Our Coaching Practice holds Practitioner Level 5 Accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and we adopt the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. A copy of this Code will be provided to you upon contracting for awareness of the standards of service we provide.
3.3. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions must be booked through our form on our website or other agreed-upon communication channels. A booking confirmation will be sent via email. This includes the booking of ‘Discovery Sessions’.
3.4. Location
The majority of our services are held online via Zoom. Where a different location has been agreed, details will be provided in the ‘Confirmation Letter’.
3.5. Recording of Sessions
In some instances, we may ask for permission to record our coaching sessions for training and development purposes. Prior consent from yourself will be needed and we will always seek your permission before doing so. All recording will be collected and stored in accordance with section 5 below.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Pricing and Costs
All prices and packages will be discussed and negotiated in our Discovery Call.
4.2. Confirmation Letter
The total cost and number of sessions agreed in our Discovery Call will be sent to you in writing before payment by way of a ‘Confirmation Letter’.
4.3. Payment Methods
Payments must be made in advance via the payment methods provided on our website. Primarily by BACS or via Stripe. Full information will be provided on your ‘Confirmation Letter’.
4.4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
- Packages and multi-session plans are non-refundable after the first session has been attended.
- Any eligible refund will be made within 14 days.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Information Shared During Sessions
All sessions are confidential unless:
- We are legally required to disclose information.
- You provide explicit written consent for disclosure.
- There is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.
5.2. Data Collected
All data collected with be handled in accordance with Section 9 below.
6. Client Obligations
6.1. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the coaching process and to gain the most benefit from our coaching relationship.
6.2. Conduct
You agree to act respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to terminate any session if inappropriate behaviour occurs. The termination of our coaching contract will be in accordance with Section 10 of this agreement.
6.3. Responsibility for Outcomes
Please note that coaching outcomes depend on your commitment and effort. We do not guarantee any specific results or achievements.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. No Guarantees
We provide services on an “as-is” basis and make no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes of coaching.
7.2. Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during sessions, workshops, or courses remain the intellectual property of Frances Gertler Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10. Termination
10.1. Termination by the Client
You may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to us via email at frances@mojohunters.co.uk.
- If notice is provided more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, any unused sessions will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- If notice is provided within 48 hours of a scheduled session, that session will not be refunded.
10.2. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at our sole discretion by providing written notice to you. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour during coaching sessions.
- Any action that undermines the coaching process or our professional integrity.
If we terminate the agreement:
- We will refund any unused sessions or services, except where termination was due to your breach of these terms.
10.3. Mutual Termination
Both parties may agree to terminate the agreement at any time. Refunds for any unused services will be handled in line with the Refund Policy.
10.4. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and destroy any materials provided to you that are protected by intellectual property rights.
11. Complaints
11.1. Making a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with our services, you can submit a complaint to frances@mojohunters.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
11.2. Appealing a Complaint
If you are unsatisfied with our response you have the right to appeal this decision by writing to https://www.emccglobal.org/leadership-development/complaints/

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The severed provision shall, where possible, be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that reflects the original intent of the parties.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
